Imagine That Digis by Kris Challenge #4

Had to sneak one more card in this week!  And can you believe I actually created a masculine card?!?  Thank you Kris for giving us a digi that was out of my comfort zone!  At first I wasn't sure I was going to play along with this challenge:  First because my schedule's been crazy full and second because I wasn't sure about coloring a car.  Now for all you car enthusiasts out there, please do not criticize my coloring and color choices too harshly.  I'm one of those gals that just gets in a car and goes.  For me, a car is a means to get from point A to point B.  I could bore you to death with my story of how I ended up spending an entire day with a judge (my former boss) in a car museum.  Not my idea of a fun time, but I did see some "pretty" cars, lol.  Anyway, here's my entry for the Imagine That Digis by Kris Challenge #4.  I used the Tuesday Morning Sketch #190 for my design layout, and the patterned paper is from the MME Fine and Dandy True Blue pad (yes, I used another previously unloved pad!).

Thank you all for the birthday wishes!!!

  1. I'm glad you had a lovely birthday Tress! And hope you are having a lovely weekend too!

This is such a great guy card - love that layout!

  2. OH my... I'm so LOVING these colors and your fabby coloring Tress, REALLY!!! Love that paper too, and your sentiment is so cute. Your highlights and shading... perfect! I enjoyed reading your post too. A car museum prolly would not be my thing either, lol. I don't do many masculine images or cards, but my niece actually drag races and has won many trophies, so I actually made this one inspired by a girl! *Ü* Works for both. Love, Love, Love your card! Thanks again for joining in!!

  3. So Glad you had a Good Birthday Tress!! 8-) And yoru card is Fabulous!! Great Job coloring this sporty little number! ;-) Love the colors and fab layout too! 8-)

  4. Oh it's perfect! Love your coloring and the fabulous card design. It reminds me of the Pine-Wood Derby races we just had, great image.
